Lucille Rose Francani

Lucille Rose Francani, age 74, of Clarkesville, Georgia, died peacefully in her sleep on Tuesday, February 19, 2019.

Mrs. Francani was born on September 22, 1944, in Cleveland, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her father, Phillip Milazzotto and her beloved husband of 49 years, Al Francani. Mrs. Francani was a member of St. Mark Catholic Church. She owned Lou’s Seaside Gifts and was a jewelry design artist.

Survivors include her mother, Rose Milazzotto of Clarkesville; daughters, Elissa Benjamin of Dawsonville and Christina Scott of Jacksonville, FL; son, Anthony Francani of Mableton; brother, Louie Milazzotto of Willoughby, OH; and seven grandchildren.

A funeral mass will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, February 25, 2019, at St. Mark Catholic Church with Deacon Bill Brown officiating. Inurnment will follow in Yonah Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends from 9-10:30 am on Monday, February 25, 2019, before the mass, at Whitfield Funeral Home, North Chapel, Demorest, Georgia.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Heart Association, 821 Dawsonville Highway, Suite 250-323, Gainesville, Georgia 30501.
