Beverly Walker

Mrs. Beverly Walker, age 76, of Flowery Branch passed away Wednesday, February 27, 2019 at her residence, surrounded by her family.

Graveside Services will be 11:00 a.m., Saturday, March 2, 2019 at Peachtree Memorial Park.  Larry Woods will officiate.  The family will receive friends 6:00 – 8:00 p.m., Friday, March 1, 2019 at Memorial Park South Funeral Home.

Mrs. Walker was born January 31, 1943 to the late Birdeth Wise & Margaret Bell Queen in Gastonia, North Carolina.  She was of the Methodist Faith and retired from the American Red Cross, where she was a Health & Safety Instructor. 

Mrs. Walker is survived by her daughter, Robyn Schaefer of Flowery Branch; grandchildren, Josh Walker and McKenzi Farris; great-granddaughter, Kennedi Farris; and sister, Myra Little of Flowery Branch.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Walker; son, Corey Walker; parents; and brother, Ronnie Queen.
