Johnnie Sue Hill, age 82 of Commerce, GA passed away Sunday, March 31, 2019.
Born on Sept. 25, 1936 in Commerce, GA, she was the daughter of the late John William and Willie May Payne Patrick. She was the widow of James Hill and worked with Blue Bell. She was preceded in death by a son, Junior Cain; daughter, Betty Denton; a
grand-girl; great grandchild; brothers, Alfred, Edward, Waymon, Robert, Billy; and a sister, Wilma Cochran.
Survivors include a sons & daughter-in-law, Rickey & Lindy Cain, Tony Hill, all of Commerce; daughters and sons-in-law, Kathy Sosbee, Carolyn & Charlie Wolfe, Linda & Dennis Kitchens, Pam & Greg Weldon, all of Commerce; brothers and sister-in-law, Roger Patrick, David Patrick, Roy & Betty Patrick, all of Commerce; sister & brother-in-law, Annie Rae & Paul Cartlidge, Nicholson; 15 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; and 9 great-great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held 3 pm Wednesday, April 3, 2019 at Ivie Funeral Home Chapel with Elder Charles Chapman officiating. Burial will follow in Grey Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends 6-8 pm Tuesday evening at the funeral home.
