Hollis Glenwood Henry, Jr

Hollis Glenwood Henry, Jr., age 67, of Gainesville, GA, passed away Wednesday, April 10, 2019. He was born in 1952, to the late Hollis Henry, Sr. and Jean Wood Henry. Glen was a member of the Southern Cruiser Riding Club, and an Alumni of Young Harris College. Glen was an avid hunter, fisherman and practiced wild life conservation. Everyone who knew Glen enjoyed his Grill Master Skills and his grilling mentoring. He enjoyed traveling and riding his beloved Indian for any reasons. He was a loving husband, father, brother, grandfather, and friend. He will be dearly missed.

Glen is survived by his loving wife, Greta Henry; son, Hollis “Trey” Henry, III; step-children, Wendi Mathews and John Lee Campbell; grandchildren, Evan Mathews, Braden Mathews, and Conner Campbell; siblings, Pamela Henry and Delmas Henry; his dear fury friend, Bitsy; along with many other loving relatives and friends;

A celebration of life will be held Saturday, April 13, 2019, at 1:30 p.m. in the chapel of Ingram Funeral Home with Evan Mathews officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 1:00 p.m. until the time of services.
