Annette “Rusty” Martin, age 74 of Lexington, GA passed away Monday, May 6, 2019.
Born on February 18, 1945 in Lancaster, SC, she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Gladys Hinson. She was the widow of her 1st husband, Frank R. Bryson and 2nd husband, Gene Martin, retired as general laborer with Jefferson Mills, and was preceded in death by a daughter, Cindy Bryson; brothers, Mack Hinson, Wade Hinson, William (WF) Hinson, Hampton Hinson, George (Lando) Hinson.
Survivors include special companion, Ronald Beck, Lexington; remarkable grandson, Matthew; sons, Joe (Deanna) Bryson, KY, Elder Ernie (Cheryl) Bryson, Danielsville; daughter, Margaret (John) Dike, Comer; brothers, James Hinson, SC, Lee Hinson, SC; sister, Hattie Polston, SC; 5 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held 2 pm Wednesday, May 8, 2019 at Ivie Funeral Home Chapel with Elder Ernie Bryson officiating. Burial will follow in Jackson Memorial Park. The family will receive friends 6-8 pm Tuesday at the funeral home.
