Ruth Virginia (Turner) Lamb

Ruth Virginia (Turner) Lamb, 91, of Cumming passed away Saturday, May 11, 2019. Virginia was a loving mother, wife, sister, and grandmother. She was a founding member of Settendown Baptist Church and is preceded in death by her husband, John E. Lamb; and her sons, Charles E. Lamb, and Donald G. Lamb.

Survivors include her sons and daughters-in-law, Dennis and Rita Lamb, Mike and Connie Lamb, Claire Lamb, Sally Lamb; daughters and sons-in-law, Dorothy and Jackie Thomason, Judy and Talmadge Adams; and several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, May 14, at 11:00 a.m. at the Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Tony Estes and Rev. Kyle Lamb officiating. Interment will follow at Sawnee View Gardens.  

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. and Tuesday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the service.
