Francisco Gomez-Renteria

Francisco Gomez-Renteria, 61, of Gainesville passed away Sunday, June 2, 2019 following a brief illness.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, June 7, 2019 at St. Michael Catholic Church. Father Gerardo Ceballos will officiate. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Memorial Park Funeral Home on Thursday, June 6, 2019 from 10:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m.

Born on October 10, 1957 in Michoacán, Mexico, he was the son of the late Luis Gomez and the late Ascencion Renteria. He was employed with Fieldale and was a member of St. Michael Catholic Church.

Mr. Renteria is survived by his wife, Maria Mondragon of Gainesville; sons, Rafael Gomez, Efrain Gomez; daughter, Selene Gomez; son, Alexis Gomez; daughter, Ashley Gomez all of Gainesville and a number of other relatives.
