Jeanette C. Sutton

Jeanette Cleghorn Sutton, age 78 of Cleveland, passed away on Monday, June 17, 2019.

Mrs. Sutton was born on February 14, 1941 to the late Clarence and Nellie Brookshire Cleghorn. She was a homemaker and loved her family. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son Jimmy Newberry, daughter Peggy Webb, and son Benjamin Newberry.

Survivors include her husband Eddie Sutton of Cleveland, daughter Annette Owenby of Cleveland, sons James Newberry of Gainesville and Kenneth Newberry of Cleveland, and sister Lille Ash of Cleveland as well as 13 grandchildren and a number of great grandchildren.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 PM Wednesday, June 19, 2019 at The Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home. The Rev. Kenneth Taylor and Rev. Danny Kastner will officiate. Interment will follow at Liberty Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 12:00 until 2:00PM Wednesday prior to the service.
