Peter Trizzino

Mr. Peter Trizzino, 78, of Gainesville, GA passed away Tuesday, July 23, 2019 at his residence following an extended illness.

Peter was born January 27, 1941 in Brooklyn, NY to the late Joseph and Catherine Trizzino.  Mr. Trizzino graduated from Hofstra University in 1962 where he earned a BBA in Marketing, was a member of Epsilon Sigma fraternity and was a goalie for the lacrosse team.  Peter’s life long career was with Milliken and Company where he served and retired as Sales Director.  Peter was an avid sports fan, enjoyed model trains, poetry, listening to music, and playing guitar.  His greatest joy was spending time with those he loved.

He is preceded in death by his parents and sister, Jane Trizzino.  He is survived by his wife Karen Trizzino of Gainesville, son Thomas (Luanne) Trizzino of Dunwoody, GA, son Peter (Daphne) Trizzino of Moore, SC, daughter Michelle (Lloyd) Morgan of LaGrange, GA, son Darren (Julia) Trizzino of Dallas, TX, son Brett (Amy) Trizzino of Sandy Springs, GA, grandchildren Zac Parker, Anna Trizzino, John Parker Trizzino, Grace Trizzino, Katie Trizzino, Andy Trizzino, Beau Trizzino, and other relatives and friends.

A gathering of family and friends will be Tuesday, July 30, 2019, from 3 – 5 PM at Memorial Park Funeral Home.  A memorial service will be 11 AM Wednesday, July 31, 2019 at Saint John Paul II Catholic Mission.  

In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to St. Vincent de Paul Society 200 Lafayette Pkwy, LaGrange, GA 30241, Saint John Paul II Catholic Mission 2410 S. Smith Road SW, Gainesville, GA 30504 or any charity of your choice in memory of Mr. Peter Trizzino.
