Patricia M. Couch Kennedy

Patricia M. Couch Kennedy, 86, of Gainesville passed away Tuesday, August 6, 2019 following a period of declining health.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 8, 2019 in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home with Dr. Bill Coates officiating. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday August 8th from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m.

Born on April 9, 1933 in Chicopee, she was the daughter of the late Cleborn and Ethel Ree Couch Martin. She was owner and operator of Pats Prissy Porch in Gainesville. Mrs. Kennedy was a member of First Baptist Church Gainesville.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Kennedy was preceded in death by her husband, J.D. Kennedy.

Mrs. Kennedy is survived by her son, Robert Gregory (Greg) Kennedy of Oakwood and nephew Bobby Benefield and wife, Mary of Chestnut Mountain.
