Cathy Elaine Cosgrove

Cleveland Funeral Home & Cremation Services announces that Cathy Elaine Cosgrove passed away on Sunday, September 1, 2019. A Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 4, 2019 from 6 pm - 8 pm. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, September 5, 2019 at 12 noon at Dewberry #2. Rev. Darren Cain and Rev. Dewayne Ryals will officiate. Interment will follow the funeral service at the cemetery of Dewberry #2 in Clermont. 

Cathy was a lifelong resident of Northeast Georgia. She was born in Gainesville, Ga  on September 28, 1952 to the late James Ford and the late Ernestine Harkins Wiley. Her passion was always hospitality, and she would exercises that passion through her service to the community as a waitress. Earlier in life she also enjoyed gardening, canning, and sewing.

She is survived by her stepfather, Doc Wiley of Cleveland; Children, Candy (Allen) Pate of Washington St., Jason (Tracy) Grier of Toccoa, and Ryan (Crystal) Grier of Cleveland; Siblings, Steve Ford, Trudy Bailey, and Jamie Heddings; Grandchildren, Tyler Pate, Alyssa PAte, Kaitlyn Grier, Weston Grier, Alexa Grier, Harmon Grier, Caragin Grier, Thatcher Grier and Scarlet Grier.
