Willa Nelle "Bill" Gardner

Mrs. Willa Nelle “Bill” Gardner age 81 of Gainesville passed away on Friday September 06, 2019 at Pure Hearts Person Care Home following an extended illness.

Bill was born on March 06, 1938 in Flowery Branch, Ga to the late Otis Roberts and Montine Reed Roberts. She was retired from WGGA radio Station where she worked as a Bookkeeper and was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Harry Lee Gardner, 8 brothers and 2 sisters.

Mrs. Gardner is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Lisa Carpenter (Mark) of Gainesville, daughter and son-in-law, Leanne Boone (Greg) of Travelers Rest, South Carolina, grandchildren, Haley Cagle (Bryan), Allison Funk (Daniel), Ashley Graham ( Greg), Kendall Boone, Caleb Boone, great-grandchildren, Audrey Graham, Brody Graham, Addy Cagle, Cooper Funk, Avery Cagle, Luke Graham, Maddie Grace Funk, Anna Reese Cagle, sister, Mildred Propes of Flowery Branch, and a number of nieces and nephews and other family and friends.

Private Graveside services will be held at a later date.
