Ivan Robert Wall

Mr. Ivan Robert Wall, age 53 of Snellville passed away Saturday, September 21, 2019 at his residence.

A son of the late Royce and Mildred Owens Wall, he was born October 24, 1965 in Stephens County having lived in Stephens and Gwinnett Counties. He was a graduate of the University of Georgia, Magna Cum Laud with Degree in Journalism. He was employed with CNN News for 10 years, an Evangelical Missionary having served in Spain and Paraguay and most recently employed with In-Touch Ministries as Executive Producer. He was a member of Grace Fellowship in Snellville. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include his wife of the home, Maria Ferrero Wall; daughter, Eva Wall of Snellville; son, Felipe Wall of Lawrenceville; sister and brother-in-law, Jennifer and David Smith of Toccoa; nephew, Tyler Smith; a number of aunts and uncles.

The family will receive friends at the Acree-Davis Funeral Home on Thursday, September 26, 2019 from noon until 2 p.m. Interment will follow the visitation at the Stephens Memorial Gardens with The Reverend Harris Pressley officiating.

The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers, David Buren Smith, Tyler David Smith, Kevin Chalk, David Henderman, William Howell and Will Howell.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 28, 2019, 2 p.m. at Grace Fellowship in Snellville.

Flowers are to be omitted. Memorials may be made to the The Christian Missionary Alliance, 8595 Explorer Drive, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80920 in memory of Mr. Ivan Robert Wall.
