Danny Eugene Pickens

Danny Eugene Pickens age 62 of Martin, passed away Saturday October 5, 2019 at His residence.

A son of Bobby Pickens and the late Mary Evelyn Partain Pickens, he was born December 21, 1957 in Atlanta, Georgia having lived the past few years in Stephens County. He was a member of Water Oak Baptist Church in Conyers and was retired from Arrow Exterminators with 31 years of service.

Survivors include his wife Pamela Oliver Pickens of the home, his father Bobby Pickens of Commerce, three sons and daughters-in-law Kelly Pickens of Locust Grove, Shawn and Lisa Pickens of Hiawassee and Adam and Courtney Pickens of Toccoa, daughter and son-in-law Kimberly and Michael Pickens of Buford, seven grandchildren Jay Pickens, Nicholas and McKenzie Stewart, Cameron Pickens, Abigail Reamer, Brody and Miley Pickens, sisters and brothers-in-law Elaine and Ken Moore of Bethlehem, Connie Sweat of Auburn and Kathy and Jon Yeary of Florida.

Graveside services will be held Monday October 7, 2019 at 2 P.M. at Stephens Memorial Gardens with the Reverend Randy Cook officiating. The family will receive friends at the Acree-Davis Funeral Home on Monday from 12 P.M. til service time.

Interment will follow in Stephens Memorial Gardens.
