Walter Alan Turman, age 77 of Commerce, GA, passed away Friday, Oct. 11, 2019 at his residence.
Born on Feb. 25, 1942 in Cleveland, OH, he was the son of the late Walter Stanley and Mary Ostanek Stanley Turman. He retired from the telecommunication industry and was a veteran of the United States Navy.
Survivors include his wife, Judy LaFrenier Turman of the residence; 4 sons, Joe Turman, Adam Turman, Scott Turman, Kevin Turman; 2 daughters, Renee Turman and Michelle Turman.
Memorial services will be held 11 AM Sunday, Oct. 20, 2019 at Ivie Funeral Home Chapel with Mr. James Eubanks officiating.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Lung Association's National Office, 55 W. Wacker Dr., Suite 1150, Chicago, IL 60601.
