Teresia Whaley

Mrs. Teresia Aurora Adams Whaley, age 56, of Nicholson, GA died Thursday, October 31, 2019 at Piedmont Athens Regional Medical Center.  Mrs. Whaley was born in Athens to the late Johnny Edward and Mary Caroline Smith Adams.  She was a member of Prince Avenue Baptist Church and a regular at Sweetwater Creek Auction.

Mrs. Whaley is survived by her daughters, Buffington Nicole Sanders of Nicholson and Samantha Lynn Sanders of Gillsville; grandson, Allen Sanders of Gillsville; sister, Donna Adams of Maryland; and brothers, Tommy Adams, Danny Adams and Timmy Adams all of Maryland.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Little-Ward Funeral Home, Commerce is in charge of arrangements.
