Helen Dianne Smith Carr

Mrs. Helen Dianne Smith Carr, age 60 of Audubon Place, Toccoa, GA, passed away Saturday, November 9, 2019 at her residence.

A daughter of the late J.T. and Mary Segars Smith, she was born March 25, 1959 in Stephens County where she lived her entire life. Dianne was employed with the Toccoa Nursing Center for a number of years, she was a member of Hill Street Baptist Church and was preceded in death by her husband Jim Carr.

Survivors include two daughters, Stephanie (Chris) Nichols of Toccoa, Mandy Carr of Charleston, SC, two sons Ronnie Cheek of Toccoa and Shane Carr of Florida, 8 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, three sisters, Chris (Terry) Purcell of Eastanollee, Mary Ann (Mike) Rilly of Hull, GA, Darlene (Ben) Stegner of Toccoa, two brothers, Donnie (Teressa) Smith of Toccoa, David (Charlene) Smith of Toccoa.

A Memorial Service will be 4 PM Tuesday, November 12, 2019, at the Hill Street Baptist Church with the Reverend Paul Garrison officiating, Condolences may be made.   www.acree-davisfh.com
