Theodore Clarence Borzak

Theodore Clarence Borzak 96, of Cumming, GA passed away on Thursday, November 21, 2019.

He is predeceased in death by his wife Caroline Marie Borzak.

Survivors include; his four children, Robert Borzak (Rhea) of Nashville, TN; Sandra Miller (Jack) of Daphne, AL; James Borzak (Teresa) of Cumming, GA; and Sharyl Rose (Thomas) of Cumming, GA.

Brother; Robert Borzak (Elsie) of Cleveland, OH also survive.

Theodore also leaves behind six grandchildren, and eight grandchildren.

Memorial services will be held on January 3, 2020 at 11:00am at Good Shepard Catholic Church.
