Donald A. Gale, Jr.

Donald A. Gale, Jr., age 72, of Dalton, GA passed away on Thursday, December 12, 2019.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Donald and Maxine Holsapple; sister, Linda Gale; father-in-law, Jerry Ramsey; and brother-in-law, Jerry Ramsey, Jr. He is survived by his wife of fifty-one years, Rebecca “Becky” Gale, Dalton, GA; brother and sister-in-law, Dean A. and Jodi Holsapple, Dacula, GA; sister, Ruthanne Mayers, Atlanta, GA; mother-in-law, Gini Ramsey, Newark, OH; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Bud and Chris Ramsey, Newark, OH; sister-in-law, Anita Ramsey, Ohio; two nephews; three nieces; two great nephews; two great nieces; and several cousins. Mr. Gale was born January 28, 1947 in Columbus, OH.

He was a 1964 graduate of Whitehall- Yearling High School in Whitehall, OH. He was a veteran of the U. S. Army and a member of the V.F.W. in Columbus, OH. Mr. Gale was a retired mortgage banker from Southeastern Home Mortgage Company. A memorial service will be held in Newark, OH at a later date.
