Joe Aubrey Finley

Mr. Joe Aubrey Finley, age 68 of Panther Creek Road, Toccoa passed away Tuesday, December 31,, 2019 at his residence.

A son of the late Joseph V. and Nellie Mae English Finley, he was born October 19, 1951 in Stephens County, Georgia where he lived all his life. He was a U.S. Army Vietnam Veteran, retired from Pro-Truss Company in Mt. Airy, Georgia and was a member of Old Toccoa Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife of the home, Connie (Condis) Wilmot Finley; daughter and son-in-law, Stacey and Randy Hemphill of Toccoa; two sons and daughters-in-law, Michael and Ann Finley of Hall County, Georgia, Scott and Lacey Finley of Nashville, Tennessee; seven grandchildren; brother, Gene Finley of Toccoa.

Funeral services will be Saturday, January 4, 2020, 11 O’clock a.m. at the Old Toccoa Baptist Church with The Reverend Paul Jameson officiating.

The family will be at the home and will receive friends at the Acree-Davis Funeral Home on Friday, 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Online condolences may be left for the family at www.acree-davisfh.com.

Interment will follow in the Old Toccoa Baptist Church Cemetery with Military Honors by the U.S. Army Honor Guard and the V.F.W. Post 4346 Honor Guard.
