Willard Larry Bowden

Mr. Willard Larry Bowden age 69 of Toccoa passed away Thursday February 13, 2020 at Pruitt Health of Toccoa.

A son of the late Dock and Lela Peyton Bowden, he was born January 13, 1951 in Stephens County, Georgia where he lived all of his life. He was a retired carpenter and of the Baptist faith. He was preceded in death by a sister Brenda Price and a brother Dwayne Bowden.

Survivors include two sisters and brother-in-law Linda Boling of Toccoa, Evelyn and R.J. Spencer of Toccoa and a brother James Bowden of Cornelia.

Funeral services will be held Sunday February 16, 2020 at 3 P.M. at the Hillcrest Chapel of Acree-Davis Funeral Home with the Reverend Lester Cowan officiating. The family will be at their respective homes and will receive friends at the Acree-Davis Funeral Home from 1 P.M. until service time.

Interment will follow in Zebulon Baptist Church Cemetery.
