David Horace Nottingham

Mr. David Horace Nottingham, 72, of Gainesville passed away Monday, February 24, 2020 at the Northeast Georgia Medical Center.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 1, 2020 in the chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at Memorial Park Funeral Home on Saturday, February 29^th from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.

Born on July 15, 1947 in Big Stone Gap, VA, he was the son of the late James B. and Edith Marcum Nottingham. He was a veteran of the United States Army having served in Vietnam. Mr. Nottingham was retired from Lucent Technologies – OFS where he was a machinist.

Mr. Nottingham is survived by his wife, Mary Ann Roth Nottingham of Gainesville; sons, Robert Michael Fuller of Gainesville, James David Nottingham of Gainesville; brothers, Larry Nottingham of Jacksonville, FL, Bobby Nottingham of Kingsport, TN, Charles Nottingham of Monroe, GA, Jim Nottingham of Antioch, IL; sisters, Shelia Gillium of Kingsport, TN, Kay Fields of McCormack, GA; grandson, Bobby Michael Fuller of Gainesville; granddaughters, Kaitlynn Deeanna Fuller of Griffin, GA, Lyssa Nicole Norris of Griffin, GA; great- grandson, Logan Norris of Griffin, GA, great granddaughter, Aliya Norris of Griffin, GA and a number of other relatives.
