Margaret Kay Cantrell

Margaret Kay Cantrell age 74 of Clermont passed away Wednesday March 11, 2020 at the Northeast Georgia Medical Center.

Mrs. Cantrell was born May 4, 1945 in Vincennes, Indiana to the late Seth & Helen Thorn Merriel. She was a homemaker and a member of Crossroads Baptist Church in Forsyth County. She was preceded in death by her sisters, Rachel Roberts, Winnie Nomeland, Darlene Voss & Connie Larsen; brothers, Bud Merriel & Gene Merriel.

Survivors include, husband, Royce Cantrell of Clermont, son, Tim (Myrna Rodriguez) Burkey of Washington, Jeff (Lovelle) Halsey of Clermont & Clifton (Linda) Halsey of Gainesville; daughters, Anglea (Daniel) Seek of Washington, Denise (Tim) Alley of Washington, & Angie (Marty) Weck of Flowery Branch, brother, Steve Merriel of Washington; 9 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and a number of nieces & nephews also survive.
