Robert Edsel Threlkeld, age 79 of Commerce, GA passed away Saturday, March 14, 2020.
Born in Carlton, GA on March 7, 1941, he was the son of the late Joseph W. and Mary Lou Reeves Threlkeld. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Alice Mayhue Threlkeld. Mr. Robert was a good father to his two children, loved Fishing, humor and joking around with other people.
Survivors include a son, Robert Edward Threlkeld of Commerce, a daughter, Janice "Elizabeth” Threlkeld of Gillsville, 2 brothers, Lewis Brown of Flowery Branch and Horace Threlkeld of Gainesville, and a sister, Carolyn Dover of Gainesville.
Memorial Services will be held 2:00 PM Saturday, March 21,2020 at 349 Carson St., Commerce, GA 30529.
