FLOWERY BRANCH - Kroger will open its second store in Flowery Branch Thursday. <br />

"This area is experiencing rapid growth and Kroger is always seeking ways to meet rising consumer demands," said Glynn Jenkins, director of communications for the Atlanta Division of Kroger. "The second store will bring a new level of convenience and service to residents of Flowery Branch and the surrounding community." <br />

The 75,990-square-foot store is expected to serve 15,000-17,000 customers each week, according to company officials, and will feature: <br />
