FLOWERY BRANCH — Flowery Branch police have arrested a man for a Thanksgiving Day assault on two juvenile
Police Chief David Spillers said via email the incident occurred at Jonathan Hardin's home at 5722 Mitchell Street. The two victims - a male and a female - told police that Hardin and an adult friend had been drinking heavily throughout the day. At one point, Hardin began choking the juveniles to the point that they could not breathe, according to police.
Hardin was arrested on Saturday and the booking process was completed on Sunday.
The 30-year-old Hardin was charged with two counts of false imprisonment, two counts of aggravated assault and disorderly conduct.
Because the victims are juveniles, their names are not being released.
