A Clarkesville woman and the Forsyth County District Attorney have been named to separate state boards.
Tricia Hise, an attorney in Clarkesville, was appointed to the State Properities Commission by Lt. Gov. Casey Cagle.
Gov. Nathan Deal named Forsyth DA Penny Penn to the Department of Juvenile Justice Board.
