Forsyth County has hired a director to lead its Information Systems & Technology Department.
Mike Seymour joined the county staff on August 28. He will direct the operational and managerial activities and assist with the strategic planning of the IS&T Department, in addition to providing technical leadership and expertise to county departments and offices.
Seymour brings to the position more than 25 years of professional experience in the field of information technology. Most recently he served as an account executive with Hewlett-Packard Enterprise.
