FBI investigates Gwinnett Medical Center patients' information posted to Twitter

FBI agents are investigating a data breach at the Gwinnett Medical Center Wednesday.
 
The names, dates of birth, and gender of 40 patients got posted to Twitter by an unauthorized party, according to reports from the AJC.
 
A hospital spokesman said social security numbers and medical information remained private and staff are working with law enforcement.
 
Gwinnett Medical Center operates facilities in Buford, Duluth, Lawrenceville, and Sugar Hill.
