A pedestrian hit by a vehicle in North Hall County earlier this week has died.
The Georgia State Patrol confirmed Friday morning 32-year-old Charles Edward Mosley IV of Gainesville succumbed to his injuries at Northeast Georgia Medical Center.
Mosley was hit by a car as he walked northbound along Cleveland Highway near Walden Pond Road Tuesday morning. The accident occurred around 5 a.m., according to troopers who investigated the accident.
GSP said earlier this week the driver who hit Mosley will not be charged.
