Plans for 326-lot subdivision go before Braselton officials next month

By Ken Stanford Contributing Editor

Plans for a 326-lot single-family subdivision are scheduled to be considered by the Braselton Mayor and City Council next month.

It would be located on Duncan Creek Road in a Gwinnett County portion of Braselton.

Fountainhead Residential Development Corporation is asking that 31 acres of the 141-acre site be annexed and rezoned and that 110 acres be rezoned.   Planned Unit Development is the zoning being sought for the acreage.

The mayor and council will consider the application January 9.

Copies of the application may be viewed or downloaded at https://www.braselton.net/government/town_officials/planning_commission.php
