"The Flowery Branch Police has arrested and charged Issac Avery Hays, 17 years of age, 5992 River Oaks Drive, Flowery Branch, Georgia with criminal damage to property from where Hays sprayed graffiti on the signs and fences at Park Walk subdivision off Jim Crow Road in Flowery Branch, Georgia," Flowery Branch Police investigator Robin Kemp wrote in an email..

Kemp says Hays was also charged by the Hall County Sheriff’s Office for graffiti damage at Alberta-Banks Park off Jim Crow Road and in other areas located along Jim Crow Road.

In addition, he has been charged by Oakwood Police with spraying graffiti on the Dollar General Store building on McEver Road.

These incidents occurred in January and the estimated damages are in the "thousands of dollars," according to Kemp.
