A section of Whitehall Road in eastern Hall County will be permanently closed to traffic beginning Monday because of continued work on the historic Healan's Mill and the surrounding area.
According to a county news release, drivers will need to use Greenway Road as the connection between Simpson Road and Noah Martin Road.
Cul-de-sacs will be constructed at each end of the closure for drivers to use in turning around.
