The second annual "One Gainesville" community pep rally is planned August 21 at Bobby Gruhn Field at City Park Stadium.
It will include food, games, music, and an opportunity to meet Gainesville High School athletic teams. There is no charge to attend the two-hour event which begins at 6:00.
City officials, the city police and fire departments, United Way of Hall County, the Boys and Girls Club of Lanier, Lanier Technical College, and other "community partners" will be available to share information about their services.
