A man was killed in a Christmas Day traffic accident in Norcross, according to the Gwinnett County Police Department.
Very few details about the single-vehicle accident have been released. It happened on Williams Road.
The accident is one of 10 fatal collisions reported as of Saturday at 9 a.m. The others occurred mostly in South Georgia and the metro Atlanta area, according to Twitter reports from the Georgia Department of Public Safety.
The Christmas holiday travel period is 78 hours this year and extends from 6 p.m. on Dec. 24 until 11:59 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 27.
