Beesley International announces that John Hill has been promoted to General Manager at the poultry supply company headquartered in Gainesville, Ga.
In his new role, Hill will help develop strategic plans focused on company growth as Beesley continues to develop innovative products for poultry supply distributors. Hill also will lead day-to-day operations, focus on team building such as hiring and training, and continue to build on sales and marketing successes, like the recent launch of Beesley’s ecommerce site.
“John has been a valuable member of our team for 20 years and has earned this promotion through his hard work and commitment to the company,” said David Reach, President of Beesley International. “We’re excited about our potential for growth and to see where John will help take us in the next 20 years.”
Hill will focus on supplier development and negotiations, as well as researching ways to diversify the supply chain, as the industry continues to face challenges with lead times and inventory, a holdover from issues created by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Hill started his career with Beesley International in 2002 when he was hired as the purchasing manager after graduating from Toccoa Falls College with a bachelor’s degree in interpersonal and organizational communication.
