One person was seriously injured Thursday evening after they were struck by a vehicle on Hwy 441 in Commerce.
Banks County Fire and Emergency Services responded to a call at 11:05 p.m. on 30789 Hwy 441, Commerce in the Banks Crossing area. Upon arrival units found a male suffering with multi-trauma injuries.
According to a press release, Banks County officials transported the male by EMS to Northeast Georgia Medical Center in Gainesville in serious condition.
No other injuries were reported.
The incident is under investigation by the Georgia State Patrol.
