As we get deeper into November, more and more Christmas-themed events are cropping up across Northeast Georgia.

Here is this weekend's list of events in the area:

Event Name: Braselton Parade and Tree Lighting, Braselton
Event Date & Time: Saturday, November 16, 10 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.
Event Location: 9924 Davis St., Braselton
Event Details: Join us as we celebrate the holidays in downtown Braselton Saturday, November 16, 10 am to 7:30 pm. Festivities planned throughout the day include the popular parade through historic Downtown Braselton, a shopping marketplace and food trucks on the town green, entertainment by local musicians and performers, the traditional tree lighting ceremony, and a visit from Santa for the lighting of the tree! Event Name: Santa Arrives by Train, Duluth
Event Date & Time: Saturday, November 16, 1 p.m. 
Event Location: Southeastern Railway Museum, 3595 Buford Hwy., Duluth
Event Details: Santa will arrive by Express Train to kick of the Duluth Fine Arts League Festival of Trees.  Photos between 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m., train rides, the entire museum, Festival of Trees, Santa's arrival and photos all included with regular museum admission.

Event Location: Lawrenceville Arts Center
Event Details: Ornaments, nutcrackers, and fruitcakes, Ron Anglin can juggle them all! Join us for our holiday fan-favorite, Holiday Juggling Show. Watch as Ron juggles holiday mementos from global cultures past & present in a way you’ve never seen before. This show is perfect for kids. It runs 40-55 minutes and is $7 per person. Event Name: Winter Lantern Festival, Lawrenceville
Event Date & Time: Friday, November 8 – Sunday, January 5 (Thursdays – Sundays), 5 – 9:30 p.m.
Event Location: 2405 Sugarloaf Parkway, Lawrenceville
Event Details: All ages are welcome to walk through a dazzling display of lanterns, as well as enjoy food and drink, a gift shop, live entertainment and more. Entertainment is provided by the Zigong Acrobatic Troupe, featuring incredible acrobatic acts like balancing, face-changing and more. The walk around is 45 minutes long. Event Name: Art-Tiques Holiday Market, Buford

Event Name: The Holiday Market, Cumming
Event Date & Time: Saturday, November 16, and Sunday, November 17, 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Event Location: The Collection, Cumming
Event Details: Come shop over 50 vendors and enjoy entertainment. Santa will be ther on Saturday from 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. There will be face paintings on Sunday from 12 – 3 p.m. All you can enjoy bounce houses, a coffee truck and more.

Event Name: A Monster Calls, Theater Performance, Oakwood
Event Date & Time: Now through Saturday, November 16
Event Location: UNG-Gainesville’s Ed Cabell Theatre 2900 Landrum Education Dr., Oakwood
Event Details: Gainesville Theatre Alliance presents A MONSTER CALLS, based on the novel by Patrick. Recommended for ages 13+ for emotional themes, it follows the story of a boy whose mother is sick and a nighttime visitor wants the most dangerous thing of all: truth. November 8-16 at UNG-Gainesville’s Ed Cabell Theatre, inside the Performing Arts building. The show is sponsored by Jacobs Media. Event Name: A Christmas Story, Sugar Hill

Event Details: Based on the motion picture by the same name, follow the journey of a 9-year-old boy as he is determined to get a BB gun under the tree for Christmas. A Christmas Story is destined to become a theatrical holiday perennial.
