The Greater Hall Chamber of Commerce’s (GHCoC) Industry of the Year Awards were presented Wednesday at the 16th Annual Industry Appreciation Luncheon at Lanier Technical College in Gainesville.
Sponsored by Lanier Technical College, the awards program honors area existing industry leaders based on economic impact, workforce excellence and corporate responsibility. The Keynote Speaker for the event was Dr. Jeff Humphreys, Director of the Selig Center for Economic Growth at the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business. Dr. Humphreys serves as a member of Governor Kemp’s Council of Economic Advisors.
