Gwinnett County Sheriff's Office discovers Lawrenceville meth lab

The Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Office Special Investigations Section recently discovered a methamphetamine lab, fentanyl and heroin while executing a search warrant in Lawrenceville on Nov. 26. 

GCSO reported deputies executed the warrant on the 1600 block of Purcell Rd. Authorities allegedly discovered four illegal firearms, almost 72 kilograms of Methamphetamine, nearly 2 kilograms of Heroin, 256 grams of Fentanyl and over $61,000. 

Martin Guzman-Beltran was arrested in the case. Beltran is being held in the Gwinnett County Detention Center and facing multiple charges including: 

  • Trafficking Methamphetamine 

  • Four counts of Possession of a Firearm during the Commission of a Felony

  • Manufacturing Methamphetamine 

  • Possession of a Knife during the Commission of a Felony

  • Trafficking Heroin, and Possession of Drug-Related Objects
