A Sugar Hill man has been arrested after police said he was found inside a truck that had been reported stolen out of Jackson County.
A release Thursday from the Gwinnett County Police Department said officers found the truck just hours after it had been reported stolen in the Pass Court area, just off of Hillcrest Drive in Sugar Hill on April 30. The man found inside the truck was identified Timothy Kevin Burke, age 46.
Burke was arrested at the scene. He's facing charges of theft by receiving stolen property as well as other outstanding warrants against him.
Police said the truck was returned to its owner.
