Gwinnett County officials will unveil on Monday the newly constructed Eastern Regional Greenway trailhead and Apalachee Pump Station.
The new trailhead will provide access to over five miles of trails as well as seating, a pavilion, a grassy play area and restrooms.
The 14-million-gallon-per-day regional sewer pump station and associated infrastructure provides upgraded water service and new sewer service to more than 7,000 acres of eastern Gwinnett.
This trailhead portion of the project was funded by the county’s SPLOST program.
A ribbon cutting ceremony will take place Monday at 10 a.m. at Eastern Regional Greenway Trailhead and Apalachee Pump Station, 2892 Harbins Road, Bethlehem.
