MILAWAUKEE - Miller Brewing Company joins the growing market of alternative alcohol drinks targeted at younger consumers with the introduction of SKYY Blue. <br>

Miller will partner with Skyy Spirits of San Francisco to launch the new product, a malt beverage with citrus flavor and SKYY vodka. <br>

Miller will produce SKYY Blue at its Albany and Tumwater, Washington breweries. <br>

The $40 million debut will be Miller's biggest product launch in five years. <br>
<br>
SKYY Blue is the Milwaukee-based brewer's first national entry into the ``malternative'' market, which includes Smirnoff Ice, Bartles & Jaymes, Mike's Hard Lemonade and Zima. <br>
<br>
According to industry statistics, consumers, ages 21 to 27, account for 30 percent of the nation's beer sales.
