Clermont woman is new Director of Membership at White Co. Chamber of Commerce

CLEVELAND - Beth Truelove will be the new Director of Membership at the White County Chamber of Commerce effective Monday.
  
Truelove has 28 years of experience in tourism-related fields in northeast Georgia.  
 
She began her career at Lake Lanier Islands in 1987 and has served as the Director of Sales and Marketing for the Lanier Centre Ramada Inn for the last 18 years.  
 
She has volunteered with the Greater Hall Chamber of Commerce as an Ambassador, worked four annual membership drives for the chamber, and served on its healthcare committee.  Truelove served on the board of the Northeast Georgia Mountain Travel Association, the Gainesville-Hall Convention and Visitors Bureau, and is a Leadership Hall County alumna.  Her background also includes serving as an Ambassador for the Habersham County Chamber of Commerce and on the tourism, public relations and event planning committees for the Jackson County Area Chamber of Commerce.  
 
As Director of Membership, Truelove will be responsible for enlisting new Chamber members in White County while serving and retaining current members, planning networking events and working with Chamber Ambassadors and the Membership Committee.
 
Truelove lives in Clermont with husband Jason and their two children.
