Governor Nathan Deal plans a series of budget-signing ceremonies around the state Monday, beginning in Gainesville,
Deal will be at the future site of Lanier Technical College north of town at 8:15. The new 85-acre campus will be located on Georgia 365 at Howard Road. The land was purchased last October for $6.4 million. The school is now located on Mundy Mill Road in Oakwood.
After his stop in Gainesville, the governor will move on to Lanier High School in Buford and then Brunswick and Dalton.
