Hall County Board of Commissioners Chairman Richard Higgins will deliver the State-of-the-County address next Saturday at county Republican Party headquarters on Queen City Parkway.
Higgins' remarks will be made during the party's monthly forum.
Also on the program will be GOP gubernatorial hopeful Brian Kemp, Georgia's current Secretary of State.
The meeting begins with a "meet and greet" at 8:30, following by the program at 9:00 on January 13.
