Lawrenceville police officers responded to reports of a "viscious animal" roaming the streets and blocking traffic, according to their facebook page.
The post goes on to say that officers apprehended "Bacon", the pigs actual name, in the area of Harris Drive without incident.
They returned her to her rightful owner.
