A 63-year-old White County woman has been missing since Saturday morning, and authorities are asking for help from the public as they search for her.

The White County Sheriff’s Office said Brenda Vandiver was last seen around 9 a.m. in the Sautee Nacoochee area.

Captain Clay Hammond with the sheriff’s office said in an email Sunday evening Vandiver is a white female, 5' 04" tall and weighs approximately 125 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes. Hammond described Vandiver as "endangered" but did not offer specific details.

According to Hammond, Vandiver may be traveling in her vehicle, a 2009 White Lexus RX350 SUV with Georgia tag RLC1473. She may be wearing dark athletic pants with a dark long sleeve shirt.

Anyone with information on Vandiver's whereabouts is asked to call the White County Sheriff’s Office at 706-865-5177.
