Surcheros to hold ribbon cutting on Dec. 12 for Gainesville location

A ribbon cutting will be held on Thursday, Dec. 12 for the new Surcheros location at 2187 Limestone Parkway in Gainesville.

A press release from the company said the ribbon cutting will begin at 10:30 a.m. and the first 100 customers to make a purchase will receive “Free Burritos for a Year.”

Surcheros Founder and CEO Luke Christian said his restaurant's formula combines big taste, bold flavors and southern hospitality.

“We’re proud to continue expanding our presence in Georgia with the opening of our Gainesville location,” Christian said.“Georgia is home for us, and every new restaurant strengthens our ties to the communities we serve. We look forward to becoming a valued part of this growing community and bringing Gainesville a welcoming dining experience with our fresh, high-quality offerings.”

The grand opening celebration will feature live music, giveaways and ‘Fresh-Mex’ dishes

Guests can customize meals to their tastes by building burritos, tacos, quesadillas, salads and more by choosing from grilled meats to a wide selection of toppings and signature sauces. The menu includes over 25 toppings and signature sauces.

The restaurant will operate daily from 10:30 a.m. to 9 p.m.

(Note from Surcheros) The Free Burritos for a Year offer is valid for the first 100 guests who make a purchase at the restaurant and scan their receipt in the Surcheros app. Winners will receive 52 entrées, one per week, credited to their Rewards account. Must be used within the week of credit.
