A staple eating establishment in Downtown Gainesville, the Collegiate Grill, has once again changed ownership after it was previously sold in April 2023.
Paresh and Dharma Patel purchased the over-75-year-old business from Jeff and Donna Worley in 2023 and it has remained open following that ownership change.
However, Dharma told AccessWDUN Tuesday that they sold the business to new owner, Tim Lee, within the past week.
Lee was not immediately available for comment Tuesday afternoon.
The Patels currently own Sweet Magnolias Cafe and 2 Dog in Gainesville.
Lee is the fifth person to ever own the business, which is known for its burgers, fries, milkshakes and more.
